Privacy Statement

The Roman Catholic Reformation Organization respects our website visitors' right to privacy online. We promise to hold your detailed information in confidence.

Asking for your information

We will sometimes ask guests and visitors for personal information such as name, address, e-mail address, and any other details deemed necessary in relation to the services that you may seek on our website. When you choose to give personal information to us over the Internet that we may request, we will endeavor to inform you how we will use the information.

Personal Information Privacy

RCRO will take all appropriate steps to keep your personal information confidential. Those steps include limiting access to client information databases, communicating this policy statement to all RCRO employees and establishing and enforcing penalties for violating this statement.

RCRO will not sell, rent, or give away our visitors' personal information to other companies for use in selling others' products or services.

We gather personal information from our visitors so we can better develop our relationship with those individuals. Occasionally, we may seek out comments. This helps us to determine the best way to serve the needs of our constituents.

We will communicate via e-mail or other online delivery devices only if the client agrees to receive those communications. Anyone who believes that they are receiving our communications in error or no longer desire to receive them, should inform us and we will remove those names from our mailing lists. RCRO will be judicious in the use of e-mail and paper mail. We will, at all times, put ourselves in the place of the recipients of our mail and treat everyone as we ourselves would like to be treated.

If and when RCRO should team with others to provide our visitors with enhanced Internet services, our partners also may request personal information from our visitors. We will prohibit these venture partners from selling or giving away our client information and we will require them to have a posted Privacy Policy, so that our visitors may review it before deciding to provide any personal information to them.

RCRO may at some point decide to use "cookies" on our website. Cookies tag each visitor's browser with a random, unique number. The cookie simply assigns a number and does not disclose any personal information about the person using the browser. By noting where these uniquely numbered browsers go on our site, we can study traffic patterns and improve our site.
